Basic Actions
/sit
Part two of my interface guide collection takes me to the action window. Click on the fist icon on the bottom right of the screen, or press the default key combination of alt+c.

Here you will see a pretty standard set of actions which will stay the same throughout the game. Having a mountable pet active will produce an additional action of mount/dismount, which will appear once it's summoned.

Most of the basic actions have tooltips which will give you a brief explanation of what each of them do so I'll only detail the more complicated actions.

Attack can be used against NPCs and PCs alike, however for non-mob NPCs and field PvP (with non-warred clans), the control button must be held to in order to force an attack. If you are fighting against a player enemy, be it in a siege or territory war, PvP duel, arena or general field war, the control key is not required.

Pick-Up can be added to a macro to speed it up. Simply create a new macro (alt+r) with multiple lines of /pickup and attach to your shortcut bar. Hold it down when picking up and watch the increase in pick-up speed!

Buy/Sell/Package Sale are good ways of trading in Lineage 2 and these can be handy if you need to leave the PC for a while and buy or sell what you need. It works similar to the trade window, just drag items to the bottom box and follow the instructions. Be careful what you enter - double check everything before clicking Start. Package sale allows you to put up more than one item for sale in the hope that they can be sold as a set. Individual items cannot be sold from this kind of store.

Recommend is pretty pointless, it just adds towards the blue colour you see player names in. I won't elaborate as it's a waste of time; unless you have a case of the blues.

General Manufacture allows you to sell your services. Players can basically use your recipe list, general and/or dwarfish and your MP to make items which you have the recipe for. You lose nothing, except MP and you can even add a charge per use. Similar to selling but you only sell a service.

Replay Recording is an in-game recorder which saves your activity to a datafile which Lineage 2 can play back locally. Clicking once begins the recording and clicking again ends. Only local chat can be seen in recorded replays, as text bubbles overhead and no character names are displayed when playing back. You can view them by going to the log-in screen and clicking replay. Each is limited to 30m.

Find Store helps to locate that item you're looking for in player stores. Type in part of what you're looking for and it will turn matching store descriptions green. Does not search the contents of the store, so make sure you check and don't assume their message is correct. See if you can find any ass in Giran!

Duel/Withdraw allows two players who are not engaged in combat (or red/purple status) to have a friendly duel. No XP loss is incurred as no-one actually dies, but consumables are used as normal. Any buffs gained during the duel are cancelled when it ends and any outside interference to the duel will end it.

Mini-Game brings up a reasonably rubbish spin-off of PopCap's Bejewelled. It's OK for a few minutes but you'd be better off alt-tabbing and playing the real thing!

My Teleports is not used in L2West and there are no public plans to do so any time soon. From what I can see it lets you 'save' specific spots which you can return to later. Good for re-stocking I guess!

Bot Report allows you to report a set number of characters for possible botting per day and only one every 30 minutes. Use when possible against botters!
